    As founder of Houssiere, Durant Houssiere, LLP  he has championed victims that have been affected by dangerous products, aviation malfunctions, chemical exposures, trucking accidents and medical negligence. His passion for fighting for the voiceless pushes him to the forefront in the courtroom.

    Linda Durant Houssiere

    As managing partner of Houssiere, Durant Houssiere, LLP she comes from a long line of lawyers, over three generations, which instilled in her a passion and respect for the practice of law. She has extensive training and experience in mediation and brings that expertise to all of the firm’s cases. Since 1981, Linda has worked nationally on many mass torts litigation; such as Ford-Firestone tires, Ford vehicle fires, SUV rollovers, breast Implants and insulin pumps. She enjoys the challenge of prosecuting individual victim’s cases against huge manufacturers.

    Randal A. Kauffman

    Is an associate lawyer of the firm. He is a savvy litigator that contributes with extensive experience in medical malpractice and product liability claims. He dedicates his practice to aggressively unveiling the truth for his clients.

    Spencer Speed

    Spencer Speed is a dedicated trial attorney who focuses his practice on achieving justice for individuals who have been injured by defective products and negligent healthcare providers.  His litigation experience includes representing individuals and families who have been injured by defective medical devices and medical malpractice, including birth injures, nursing home abuse, misdiagnosis, surgical and anesthesia errors, and wrongful death cases, among others.
