Monica C. Vaughan

As a lawyer for the people, not corporations, I have the unique opportunity to help protect individual rights and the court system I believe in so strongly. I became a plaintiff lawyer for this reason, and I cannot think of a more gratifying profession.Monica Vaughan

Monica Vaughan is a native Texan born in Odessa. She was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1995 and subsequently admitted to try individual cases in many other states during her work with HD&H, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nevada and Utah.

While a student at South Texas College of Law, Monica earned first place in all three national moot court tournaments she entered and later coached the law school’s moot court teams. Now this proud mother of two spends most of her free time attending the kids’ sports events, biking and playing tennis with her family. She enjoys collecting wine and competing in 5K and 10K races when time permits.
